By accessing or using Taskly (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Taskly.

Taskly is a web-based productivity application that helps users organize and manage tasks, powered by AI and Google integrations.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Taskly.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of any tasks, notes, or other content you create in Taskly.
• By using Taskly, you grant us permission to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
• You are responsible for the content you add and must not use Taskly for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

6. Acceptable Use

• Use Taskly for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or Taskly’s systems.

7. Intellectual Property

• Taskly and its logo, design, and content (excluding user content) are our intellectual property.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Taskly without our written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Taskly at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Taskly is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taskly and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of Taskly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
